2024-2025 School Year
ENROLLMENT NOW OPEN
August 26th, 2024-May 23rd, 2025!
Our days are broken down into various activities that are developmentally appropriate for the children enrolled in our program. We ensure that lessons are differentiated to meet the children's individual needs & are tailored to instruct them where they are developmentally but also scaffold them to reach further goals.
We also POTTY TRAIN! Through songs, literature, & discussion, we help your child transition from pull-ups to underwear by encouraging independence & self-help skills. We assist with the process & will work with you to help your child achieve this milestone!
Our activities vary based on lesson objectives and are either whole group, small group, or individual. We design our program around youth sports and teamwork, as both physical and social-emotional development are just as crucial as academics, particularly at this stage of a child's development. Physical activities promote a healthy lifestyle while teamwork fosters discipline, confidence, accountability & how to resolve conflict.
The children in our program learn how to experience succeed-or-fail situations in a safe, nurturing environment: with every failure comes a lesson, and with every success comes confidence. Our unqiue program will truly ignite whole-child growth & development and instill skills that will be carried for a lifetime.
We are a state licensed facility and follow all of PA state childcare regulations. See below for more information.

Meet Miss Danielle
Hello LVST Families! My name is Danielle McKelley and I am your Child Care Director here at LVST, but feel free to call me Dani! I currently live in Alburtis with my 3 kids, Capri (12), Kayson (8), Anna (5) and my husband, Dakota. I have recently graduated with my Associate Degree in Special Education and have 7 year’s experience in early childhood teaching and 3 years of Assistant Director’s experience. I am very excited about being a part of helping your children grow in an environment that is fit for their needs. As your Director here at LVST, I feel it is important to build a relationship with your little ones and get to know them as individuals so that their wants and needs can be met on personal level. On top of building a relationship with your children, I believe it is important to build relationships with their families so everyone can come into the turf feeling welcomed and comfortable! I am most excited about watching your children grow using an educational curriculum while also being able to incorporate teamwork, active learning and socialization into their day. My “goal” (get it?) is to watch your children thrive in a positive and active environment and get to be able to be a part of that in a way that lasts forever!
When I am not working, I enjoy doing puzzles, diamond art, and hanging out with my family and two fur babies, Disney and Oli, whether we have a day indoors or go on a new adventure! I love showing my children new hobbies and taking adventures to places they have never been.
I am thrilled to get to be a part of the team here at LVST and cannot wait to help your child “tackle” (get it, again?) their time here at LVST and hit a home run right into their futures!
Meet Miss Yissel
Greetings and a big, colorful "Hello!" I'm thrilled to be one of the lead preschool teachers this year and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.
My name is Yissel, and I come to this wonderful preschool adventure with a heart full of excitement and a pocket full of crayons! I've had the joy of working with little learners like your precious ones for many years now, and each day is a new opportunity to ignite curiosity, encourage creativity, and make learning a magical journey.
A little bit about me! I have two amazing daughters of my own, a four year old and one year old. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors with my girls and going to the gym. I am very crafty so on the weekends you will find me on pinterest looking up DIY’s.
Little ones, get ready for a year of smiles, giggles, and small triumphs that will shape the foundation of your lifelong learning adventure. I'm excited to learn, grow, and create alongside each of you here at
Lehigh Valley Sports Turf.
Meet Miss Kelly
Hi LVST families! My name is Kelly and I am beyond excited to be among the talented team of women here at LVST and being one of the lead preschool teachers for this upcoming school year.
I graduated from Emmaus High School in 2018 and I have been working with children for the past seven years in a childcare and classroom setting. I have my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and I am currently obtaining a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have one dog named Duke and a cat named Bubba which are my fur babies that I love very much.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being active outdoors, and cheering on my boyfriend at the race track!
I can't wait to work with you and your kiddos!
Meet Miss Naomi
Hello LVST families! My name is Naomi Brashear, and I am so thrilled to be an active member of our incredible team as an Assistant PreSport Teacher for this upcoming school year!
Here's a little bit about me! I graduated from Emmaus High School in 2022 and have spent the last two years at Lehigh Carbon Community College where I earned an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am now pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education at Kutztown University. Throughout my teaching journey, LVST has supported and grown my core beliefs as an educator, including active, hands-on learning, learning through play, and creating meaningful interactions with each member of the classroom! I believe each day is an opportunity to inspire curiosity and develop a love for lifelong learning.
Outside of school, I love to read books (I'm often reading multiple books at once), participate in anything musical-related, go thrifting, do anything crafty, and travel. One of the most interesting places I've ever been was to Dubai!
As we approach this school year, I am so excited to work and grow with your kiddos and to make every day something extraordinary at Lehigh Valley Sports Turf!
Meet Miss Madi
Hello everyone! My name is Madison Guerrieri, and I am thrilled to be one of LVST’s preschool teachers this school year.
A little information about myself, I graduated with my bachelors in psychology from Kutztown University in 2022. I am currently working towards my masters in school counseling as well as becoming a licensed professional counselor through the same university. I am completing my Internship at a KASD elementary school and am the PSCA graduate ambassador for Kutztown University for the 2024-2025 school year.
I worked as a BHT in residential care for four years, two of which with school aged children before finding Lehigh Valley Sports Turf. I feel very lucky to be working with this facility and all of your kiddos while finishing my education.
When I am not at class, internship, or work I love spending time with my family and friends as well as hanging out with my cat Bean.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to be a part of your child's educational journey!
Meet Miss Jena
Hello LVST families! My name is Miss Jena and I am so excited to be supporting the social and emotional needs of the children here at the Turf with my mindfulness program each week at LVST!
I grew up in the Lehigh Valley area and have spent the past 15 years as a public school elementary classroom teacher! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, have been trained in trauma informed practices, and am a certified mindfulness and yoga instructor for people of all ages. Throughout my years in the classroom, I found a passion for mindfulness, yoga, and social emotional learning, which led me to leave the classroom this past June, in order to share these tools and practices with others!
When I am not out and about teaching, I love spending time with my husband and two boys (ages 5 and 7), playing with my dog Nahla, hiking, exercising, reading, and being in the sunshine! :)
During our lessons together, the children will be learning personal tools and practices to help focus and pay attention, manage their emotions, understand their thoughts, feel good in their bodies, build self-confidence, and stretch their imaginations! Mindfulness, simply put, is paying attention to the present moment. Through mindful art projects, music, breathing activities, and yoga, the children will have the opportunity to discover that they are in control of their minds and bodies!
I am looking forward to all the fun we are going to have together at the TURF!
